Pat @salmon{8%oz} dry and season generously with @southwest spice blend{1%tsp}. Heat a drizzle of oil in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add salmon and cook until crispy on the outside and cooked through.

While salmon cooks, wash and dry all produce.

Add @corn{1%cup} to the pan used for salmon over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until charred in spots ~{3%minutes}. [- - Cover pan if corn begins to pop. -]

In a large bowl, combine @buttermilk ranch dressing{2%tbsp}, @mixed greens{4%cups}, charred corn, @mini cucumber{1%unit} (sliced), @tomato{1%unit} (diced), @scallions{2%unit} (chopped), and @cilantro{¼%cup} (chopped). Toss until everything is evenly coated. Divide salad between plates and top with the crispy salmon. Squeeze @lime{1%unit} over the top before serving.
